Pioneering Social Impact in Sustainable Beauty: Leading the Cross-Industry Green Revolution

Classic Coffee Extracted Natural Caffeine Awaken Your Hair and Skin Beauty

O'right's natural caffeine extraction is globally renowned, and this world-class technology is at the heart of the Bio Sustainable Beauty series. It features carefully extracted FamilyMart classic coffee, blended into the core of each product, while milk bottles collected from stores are given new life as sustainable packaging. Inside and out, these products awaken the beauty of your hair and skin. Choose Bio Sustainable Beauty to support a lifestyle that harmonizes with the environment. With every use, you make a gentle commitment to both your health and the planet.

In 2024, O'right leads the retail store giant FamilyMart with its product technology and innovation standards, showcasing the cross-industry impact of sustainable beauty, to implement the first circular economy model for its in-store products. By integrating plant extraction technology and a PCR-based green supply chain, O'right repurposed coffee grounds and empty latte milk bottles from store byproducts to create the Bio series of on-the-go products with natural caffeine ingredients. Beyond adhering to sustainable beauty standards such as vegan, scientifically verified, and petrochemical-free ingredients, this initiative leverages the vast reach of convenience stores to expand the experience of sustainable products. Consumers, in turn, participate in circular economy practices and green consumption, all while enjoying a simple cup of coffee latte.

This initiative has sparked FamilyMart's reimagining of circular design, leading the retail store to reduce its reliance on fossil fuel-based ingredients for its in-store consumer goods while increasing the use of recycled materials. This approach is now being extended to the packaging of in-store food and beverages. By repurposing over 1,000 tons of coffee grounds and plastic bottles annually, not only is economic value added, but lifecycle assessments (LCA) show that reusing these materials can reduce carbon emissions by 60-80%, significantly lessening environmental impact. Through its green supply chain, O'right has spearheaded the first transformative shift in the retail industry. FamilyMart has now begun a holistic redesign of its packaging systems and material standards across all its stores, leveraging existing resources to drive cross-industry sustainable transformation.

Faced with the growing threat of climate change and environmental degradation, along with global plastic regulations, the world must eliminate its reliance on fossil fuel-based ingredients and packaging. In the future, the demand for single-use toiletries will be phased out. The Bio series, developed by O'right and FamilyMart, not only addresses the waste management challenges of the retail industry but also provides portable personal care products for business travelers and tourists in nearby convenience stores.
