O’right believes that small steps can lead to big changes to the environment! Corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices are the best way to implement our concept of Natural, Pure, Ecofriendly. Hair salons are O’right’s closest partners and an essential part of consumers’ lives. To bring O’right’s core value of “green, sustainability, innovation” to life, we proudly present 2016 O’right Green Life.

We invited Susan to teach hairdressers how to plant their own succulents and twin sisters YiCheng and Yi-Ching to perform an acoustic concert and share their music at the event. What’s more, Green Life featured old houses, green buildings, and wooden style design to give hairdressers the chance to create, experience, and enjoy a wonderful life! O’right Green Life aims to promote sustainability and green attitudes in a relaxing, pleasant space.

CEO Steven Ko particularly mentioned the biggest purpose behind this event, that is to bring our brand concept of sustainability to life by rallying hundreds of customer service personnel and thousands of VIP salon hairdressers to green up their lives with succulent plants using our sustainable Moso bamboo caps and recyclable containers. Steven hopes to inspire green thinking and create a sustainable network and greener lifestyle for everyone.

O’right Green Life stopped at several places around the island, namely Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Taitung, Hualien, and Yilan from May 23 to mid-July to promote the green event. O’right spent 6 months organizing and preparing for Green Life and millions of dollars without charging any sort of fee from participants. Maybe we were naïve but while we were organizing the event we found more people and companies who shared the same interests to join our team. We had the best intentions at heart and it was all worth it when we saw how O’right customer service personnel and hairdressers made their own plants and enjoyed the luxury of acoustic music. This non-profit event shined a light on the good and beautiful in Taiwanese people and allowed them to bathe in each and every scenery and moment in life and the wonderful island of Taiwan.

Green Life: O’right’s 5S’s of CSR
